John launched his career after attending CSU Fullerton. His father was a commercial real estate broker, and he learned early on that a transactional approach wasn’t his style. “I’m driven by relationships,” he explains. “I have earned a reputation as someone who adds measurable value to my professional partners’ businesses, because I consistently keep their best interests at the forefront of my actions.” He has cultivated a solid collegial network which includes brokers, builders, attorneys, lenders and property owners, and he excels in facilitating professional connections across industries. “If I call on a broker who is about to list a multi-unit apartment building,” he explains, “I’m immediately thinking about individuals I know who are in the market for an investment property.
